Do I have to self-identify as a woman before I can comment?  Do I first have to self-identify as a biologist before I can know that I can self-identify as a woman?

I am curious though how Biden can say a “women’s right to choose is ‘fundamental’ when (a) he is not a biologist and (b) he has stated that Roe went to far.
