The Constitution is not a document of “compromise”. It is a document of absolutes.

Santorum says Obama before Romney: If they’re going to be a little different, we might as well stay with what we have instead of taking a risk of what may be the Etch A Sketch candidate for the future.
“If they’re going to be a little different, we might as well stay with what we have instead of taking a risk of what may be the Etch A Sketch candidate for the future.” Rick Santorum, March 22, 2012
That statement sounds like Santorum is just out for himself instead of the country.
Intuit TurboTax ignores their privacy policy too!
Intuit TurboTax creates accounts also without verifying email addresses. And provides no method to correct them. So, anyone can create an account using your email address and you are then prevented from using it at Intuit.
The worst part is that I called in, told them someone was using my email address to set up a TurboTax account so they sent me a password reset link. Which allowed me to use my own email address-but it was filled in with someone else’s information that apparently did not know their own email address. It included name, address, social Continue reading Intuit TurboTax ignores their privacy policy too!

“There are two fundamentally opposed means whereby man, requiring sustenance, is impelled to obtain the necessary means for satisfying his desires. These are work and robbery, one’s own labor and the forcible appropriation of the labor of others.… I propose … to call one’s own labor and the equivalent exchange of one’s own labor for the labor of others, the ‘economic means’ for the satisfaction of needs, while the unrequited appropriation of the labor of others will be called the ‘political means.'” ~ Franz Oppenhiemer
According to Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, this disparity in punishment violates the “promise” of “equity.”
The Big Hoax,
By Thomas Sowell, March 14, 2012 — There have been many frauds of historic proportions — for example,
the financial pyramid scheme for which Charles Ponzi was sent to prison in the 1920s,
and for which Franklin D. Roosevelt was praised in the 1930s, when he called it Social
Security. In our own times, Bernie Madoff’s hoax has made headlines. But the biggest hoax of the past two generations is still going strong — namely, the
hoax that statistical differences in outcomes for different groups are due to the way
other people treat those groups. The latest example of this hoax is the joint crusade of the Department of Education
and the Department of Justice against schools that discipline black males more often
than other students. According to Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, this disparity
in punishment violates the “promise” of “equity.” … more at TownHall.com
Toothless Tuesday too tight to tally-Bill Maher
Bill Maher: “Toothless Tuesday too tight to tally!” – talking about Alabama and Mississippi.
Roseanne Barr : “I was really disheartened to see how Pelosi’s daughter& Bill Maher portrayed southern americans-classism at its best by H’wood elitists. … southern folk are not all toothless idiots or racists, unlike what bill maher &pelosi’s daughter want us to think.”
Good for Roseanne!
the White House will be occupied by a downright moron.
“As democracy is perfected, the office of President represents, more
and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and
glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart’s desire
at last, and the White House will be occupied by a downright moron.”
H. L. Mencken, born 1880, died 1956. Baltimore Evening Sun,
July 26, 1920.
A businessman’s success depends on his intelligence, his knowledge, his productive ability … A bureaucrat’s success depends on his political pull.
A businessman’s success depends on his intelligence, his knowledge,
his productive ability, his economic judgment—and on the voluntary
agreement of all those he deals with: his customers, his suppliers, his
employees, his creditors or investors. A bureaucrat’s success depends
on his political pull. A businessman cannot force you to buy his product;
if he makes a mistake, he suffers the consequence. ~ Ayn Rand

In all countries, in all centuries, the primary reason for government to set up schools is to undermine the politically weak by convincing their children that the leaders are good and their policies are wise.
“In all countries, in all centuries, the primary reason for government

their children that the leaders are good and their policies are wise.
The core is religious intolerance. The sides simply change between
Atheists, Catholics, Protestants, Unitarians, etc., depending whether
you are talking about the Soviet Union, the Austro-Hungarian Empire,
America, etc. A common second reason is to prepare the boys to go
to war and the girls to cheer them on.” ~ Marshall W. Fritz (1943 -2008)
