Dr. Tom Frieden, director for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said during a telephone press briefing Wednesday that you cannot get Ebola by sitting next to someone on a bus, but that infected or exposed persons should not ride public transportation because they could transmit the disease to someone else.

So, there she is apparently stating she was going to fix the election no matter what.

Exactly right. The government should not be involved in anything regarding marriage. But in point of fact, it was the progressives of the 1800s that fought for licensing and all kinds of government involvement.
Clemson University required students to submit sexual history or face disciplinary action. One questions the HIPAA compliance for the survey when student names are linked to sexual history. What protections are in place to comply with HIPAA? How long have those protections been in place?
Requests for comments from Clemson about the HIPAA compliance for this program have not been answered.
