Quotations on Socialism-“All socialism involves slavery.” ~ Herbert Spencer

“To do evil a human being must first of all believe that what he’s doing is good.” ~ Alexander Solzhenitsyn

“The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money.” ~ Margaret Thatcher

“It’s usually futile to try to talk facts and analysis to people who are enjoying a sense of moral superiority in their ignorance.” ~ Thomas Sowell

When one corporate fat cat sues another corporate fat cat this Court shall have no jurisdiction. Justice Marshall

He once came back from conference and told us sadly that the other Justices had rejected his proposal for a new Supreme Court rule. “What was the rule, judge?” we asked. “When one corporate fat cat sues another corporate fat cat,” he replied, “this Court shall have no jurisdiction.” — Elena Kagan on Thurgood Marshall.

In other words, ignore the Constitution from someone who supposedly was a Constitutional scholar.   Thurgood Marshall was a disgrace to the bench.

Obama … putting on a clinic for some of the world’s greatest dictators in how to circumvent a free press.

World leaders arriving in Washington for President Obama’s Nuclear Security Summit must have felt for a moment that they had instead been transported to Soviet-era Moscow. …  In the middle of it all was Obama — occupant of an office once informally known as “leader of the free world” — putting on a clinic for some of the world’s greatest dictators in how to circumvent a free press.  Dana Milbank, Washington Post, April 14, 2010.

We the People of the United States

The phrases “We the People of the United States,” “House of Representatives …chosen… by the People of the several States,” “right of the people peaceably to assemble,” “right of the people to be secure in their homes,” “enumerations herein of certain rights shall not be construed to disparage others retained by the people,” “elected by the people thereof, for six years” and “The powers not delegated herein are reserved to the states respectively, and to the people” all refer to individuals, but  some argue that “the right of the people to keep and bear arms” refers to the state.

Phil Hare “I don’t worry about the Constitution”

“I don’t worry about the Constitution on this to be honest.”  Rep. Phil Hare (D-Illinois), April 1, 2010

Rep Phil Hare, ignoring his oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  Hare is a disgrace to himself, and the country.  Anyone willing to ignore the law of the land should not be holding office and should resign immediately.  Hare is a buffoon, not to mention ignorant of the history and law of this country.  It is a sad state of affairs that anyone would vote for someone like this.
