New Jersey Cop says they don’t have to follow the Constitution. Why is an officer like this on the force? He should be fired immediately. Talk about a police state brutalizing the Constitution with a great example of a perfect little fascist:

The voice of tradition, I trust, will inform posterity of our struggles for freedom.
The voice of tradition, I trust, will inform posterity of our struggles for freedom. If our descendants be worthy the name of Americans they will preserve and hand down to their latest posterity the transactions of the present times; and tho I confess my exclamations are not worthy the hearing, they will see that I have done my utmost to preserve their liberty, for I never will give up the power of direct taxation but for a scourge. I am willing to give it conditionally–that is, after non-compliance with requisitions. – Patrick Henry

US Patent Trademark Office Cancels Washington Redskins Trademarks. What words should be cancelled next?
Sports Illustrated reports:
The United States Patent and Trademark Office canceled six federal trademark registrations for the NFL’s Washington Redskins on Wednesday, saying the nickname is “disparaging to Native Americans” and cannot be trademarked under federal law that prohibits trademark protection on offensive or disparaging language.
There are a large number of other Redskin Trademarks, will they be cancelled too? So the question is, how quickly with the PTO cancel other “Redskins” trademarks?

What about “Nig”? That one just sounds offensive.
Sambo? There are four of them!
Ape? That is listed on Wikipedia as a derogatory term for “(U.S.) a black person” and there rare 115 active records! Ditto for buck (1028 records), coon (17 records), mammy (3 records), spook (18 records), spic (24 records), squaw (38 records).

The measure of the state’s success is that the word anarchy frightens people, while the word state does not.
“The measure of the state’s success is that the word anarchy frightens people, while the word state does not. We are like those African slaves who believe that their master is their benefactor, or those Russians who still believe that Stalin was their guardian.”

“The [Federal Reserve Act] as it stands seems to me to open the way to a vast inflation of the currency… I do not like to think that any law can be passed that will make it possible to submerge the gold standard in a flood of irredeemable paper currency.” — Henry Cabot Lodge Sr., 1913
