Ferguson Cop Ray Albers Points Gun At Journalists, states: “I’m Going to Fucking Kill You!”
At approximately 31 seconds into the video, the officer (shown in a still image below) points his weapon at a reporter and says he is going to kill him. If anyone not wearing a badge did that, they would be arrested, tried and spend several decades in jail. When asked his name he answers “Go Fuck Yourself”. Ray Albers has been identified as “Officer Go Fuck Yourself” of the Ferguson Police Department. Where are the prosecutors here?
Update: The officer has been suspended, and he has been named as Ray Albers – updated above. He has not been arrested for felony assault.

New Jersey Cop says they don’t have to follow the Constitution. Why is an officer like this on the force? He should be fired immediately. Talk about a police state brutalizing the Constitution with a great example of a perfect little fascist:

Despite assurances to the contrary, the IRS didn’t destroy all of the donor lists scooped up in its tea party targeting — and a check of those lists reveals that the tax agency audited 10 percent of those donors, much higher than the audit rate for average Americans, House Republicans revealed Wednesday.
If you were ever concerned about the ability and desire of one party to control the speech of the other, more evidence that the Democrat fascists in Washington are more than willing to do so. Anyone who thinks this behavior is okay doesn’t know history and certainly hasn’t read the Constitution.
This is hot on the heals of the Democrat plan a few weeks ago to curb the First Amendment under Senator Udall’s plan to stop people from spending money to criticize them.
Conservatives vote to preserve freedom, Democrats vote to limit it.

And the common theme for all of these is government funds and control because it is “free” or “no cost”: government funding and control of doctors, government being controlled by trial lawyers, government funds corrupting universities, the press acting as lapdogs to the government, the Fed destroying banks, and government funds corrupting religion.
The totalitarian, authoritarians, “progressives,” anti-freedom, and anti-liberty brigade at Gawker.com published an article today with the title “GAWKER: Arrest Climate-Change Deniers”.
It is difficult to know where to begin, but the idea that “bad ideas” – as determined by some all powerful group – should be criminalized is ludicrous and would be the end of a free society.
